Data Processing Agreement (Summary)

B2B customers

When your organization uses Modus, we process certain personal data on your behalf (e.g. team member names and emails). A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for paying customers.

Roles

You are the data controller for your organization's business data. Modus acts as a data processor for personal data contained in your tenant.

Processing purpose

Providing the Modus platform: formula management, production records, compliance exports, integrations, and support.

Subprocessors

We maintain a subprocessor list on the Security page. We will notify customers of material changes per the executed DPA.
